Shiarn is a beauty and holistic therapist and educator, based on the beautiful Norfolk coast - Shiarn has over a decade of industry experience, combining advanced technical knowledge with a deeply nurturing approach. Trained to Level 4 in Sports Therapy Massage and a qualified Reiki Level 2 practitioner, she brings a refined understanding of the body, wellbeing, and holistic care to both her treatments and teaching.

Over the years, she has honed in on the treatments that she truly enjoys - skincare, facials & holistic therapies.

Having worked within spa and salon settings, Shiarn now shares her expertise as a qualified educator for over four years. She has written 8 accredited courses from her experience, with a focus on excellence, confidence, and high industry standards.

Training with Shiarn offers more than a qualification; students gain in-depth practical skills, and the confidence to deliver exceptional treatments, all guided by real-world industry expertise and the highest professional standards. This is not an academy, but student focused, 1:1 training.

Outside of her professional work, her lifestyle reflects her holistic philosophy. She has a deep love for yoga and the sea, embraces a healthy, balanced way of living, and is a proud mother to two daughters.

A non-invasive treatment where carbon dioxide (CO2- a naturally ocurring gas in our body) is infused into the skin, which signals our body to secure oxygen into the skin. After the first treatment, results are immediate, such as smaller pores, wrinkles are less noticeable, hydration boosted, improved swelling, less noticeable under eye circles & pigmentation reduced. This treatment improves regenerative processes in the deeper layers, so more positive effects happen over a few weeks. A course of treatments are recommended, with improved results after each session. Depending on the desired results a series of between 4 to 8 treatments of non-invasive carboxytherapy is recommended and the treatments can be conducted once every 7 to 14 days.
Treatment includes a soothing scalp & shoulder massage while the mask is working its magic.

The Hydro-Facial

Loved by many celebrities, this relaxing and gentle facial rejuvenation treatment is safe (also safe for pregnancy) and can be tailored for all skin conditions such as dehydrated, congested and fine lines.

Hydro-dermabrasion is the latest in skin care and an alternative to microdermabrasion without the use of crystals or diamond tips. Instead, it combines the natural benefits of oxygen and water to vacuum dirt & impurities giving you an incredible glow. While the LED light is on, enjoy a soothing scalp or neck/shoulder massage.
